The inquiry form stores your name, phone, optional email, ZIP, service and project description, plus the consent wording, time, originating page and campaign information. Network-address hashes are used to limit abuse. Visiting a page without submitting does not create a lead.

Who receives it

The website owner reviews the inquiry in a private dashboard and receives an email alert. No contractor automatically receives your details. We ask before sharing them with a named contractor. This form does not authorize text messages or automated marketing.

Service providers

Vercel hosts the website, Neon stores inquiry records, and Resend sends operator alerts. These providers process information needed to operate and secure the service. Alerts identify the website and link to the dashboard rather than copying homeowner contact details into email.

Retention and requests

We review inactive inquiries after 90 days and remove details that are no longer needed, subject to resolving an active inquiry or retaining records where required. Email the contact above to request access, correction or deletion. Do not submit sensitive financial, health or identity-document information.

No booking or guarantee

Your inquiry goes to this website’s owner, who will confirm whether a suitable contractor referral is available. No contractor is currently assigned. This is not a booking or an emergency service. We will ask before sharing your contact details with a contractor.
